An inground pool can be built in as little as one week, but it is best to allow 2 - 4 weeks for most inground pools and longer for inground pools with more customizations. Keeping in mind that this is an actual construction project and there are many factors that can affect the duration of the project, with the weather being a prime example.

We offer many different pool packages based on your needs and what our current specials are. Our pools are typically turn-key projects which means that you'll get everything you need on the front-end. That includes pump & filter systems, maintenance equipment, a ladder and start-up chemicals to get you going. Other options can include a various array of step options, lighting options, variable speed pumps & automation options as well as decorative concrete decking options.
No! Depending on the equipment that you're getting with your pool, you will need either 120v or 240v hook-up within a few feet of the equipment. Above ground pumps typically only need a grounded 3-prong 120v outlet so it can plug into. Inground pumps will require 240v service so an electrician can wire the pump into your house. Inground pumps typically require 15A service.
Ideally you should keep your swimming pool water level between one third and one half the way up the opening of the swim pool skimmer. This is the level at which the swimming pool skimmers operate most efficiently.
If the level is higher than half way up, the water moving into the skimmer is going so slow that debris may pass by the opening without being pulled in. If the pool water is so high that it covers the skimmer opening, floating debris can't get in.
If the water is too low the skimmer can bottom out, thereby sucking air into the system which can result in losing the prime (water moving through the system) and possibly result in burning up your swim pool filter pump motor.
Three hours should be enough time for the Polaris to cover all areas of most pools.
At least once every 7-12 days and immediately after you have ran a manual vacuum over the pool. Also, any time that you notice that the filters pressure gauge is ten pounds over its normal operating pressure or you notice that your returns/jets aren't putting out the normal volume of water or force that you're accustomed to seeing.
