I shopped around for our inground pool before finally deciding on Aloha Pools of Paducah. I live in Southern Illinois, but when I met with Michael, I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Trusting Aloha was the best decision I could have made. This is the first pool I’ve ever owned, so I needed people who willing to go that extra step to educate me in this process. A pool is a big investment in money and time and you should feel comfortable in the choices you make. The staff at Aloha is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The installation took a while due to our unpredictable weather, but the end result was a gorgeous pool that my family loves! I decided on a salt system and I absolutely love it! I would recommend Aloha without any hesitation, and because I trust them with this investment, I will also continue to make the drive myself for any maintenance needs in the future. Can't recommend Aloha Pools and Spas of Paducah enough! We were looking for the right company to build our dream pool. Speaking with a lot of companies in the area, once we met with Tiffany, we knew they were the one. She assured us that she'd be there every step along the way and how conscientious her crew is and how they'd go out of their way to communicate with us. All I can say is even with my high expectations, they surpassed them all - effortlessly. We now have a pool that looks like it came straight out of a magazine!

Very happy with our inground pool! Took awhile but that wasn't the fault of Aloha....the weather was not cooperative. We had them winterize so we know it's done correctly. Already have them scheduled for opening day!

We couldn't be happier! After meeting with 3 other pool companies, we walked into Aloha Pools of Paducah, and within minutes realized they were the ones for us. Tiffany and the team spent time explaining every aspect of the pool, equipment, installation, process, and patiently answered every silly question we had. Not only did they spend the time in the store, but they came out to the house multiple times (at our convenience) to look at the layout/design, and then did it all over again when we wanted to make tweaks. Tiffany's level of customer service was 2nd to none! She always did what she said she would do, when she said, and even answered nights/weekends. The entire team from sales, dirt work, installer, and concrete have been a pleasure to work with and I couldn't imagine having used anyone else.

We have had a great experience with Aloha pools in Paducah. Tiffany was in contact with us through the whole process. She made sure we got everything we wanted and stayed on budget. With end of year weather Tiffany's crew did a great job with the install. Stephen from Aloha was onsite from the layout through the whole construction process. We could not be more happier with our new pool!

We are so thankful for Aloha Pools and Spas and the excellent service we have had with them installing our first in-ground pool! This is our first pool so we’ve had lots of questions and needed lots of teaching on pool care amongst other things! We now have t the beautiful pool I’ve always wanted with a diving board and basketball goal for the kids and a tan shelf for myself and family! Aloha always responds quickly if we have questions or need any help with the pool!

Just want to thank Aloha Pools for great customer service. Merlina was awesome at being a meteorologist with all the rain we have had, in getting our pool installed. The guys that installed it were very nice , did a awesome job, and to say they are hard workers is a understatement. Aloha staff has been excellent from sales, to installation. I would definitely recommend them.

Tiffany was a great sales rep. I've never stepped foot in the store and I thrilled with my pool. If you have a question they are there to answer it. Once the process started it was no time and the job was done. Unbelievable at how fast and how great it looks. I live 2 hours from Paducah and they never hesitated to make sure I was so taken care of. Job well done, I hope I never have to put another pool in but if I do I promise I'll be calling Aloha!!!

Absolutely amazing service all around! All the staff are very helpful and friendly! Our in ground pool was up and going in no time! The guys working were very professional and super nice! Tiffany the person we have been working with is super helpful and made sure we had the PERFECT pool! They also have a lot of great accessories as well to go with the pool!!
